Den grønlandske regering har vedtaget en landspolitisk målsætning om at omstille landets energiforsyning til vedvarende energi i videst mulig omfang. Udbygning og satsning på Vedvarende Energi skal ske både i de mindre og større byer.
Nordisk Folkecenter har sammen med 4 andre partnere ansøgt og fået bevilget et projekt med denne titel: ”Driftstekniker i vedvarende energi under arktiske forhold, Ingerlatsinermut issittumi piujuaannartumik nukissiuteqarnermut teknikeri”.

Together with 4 other partners, Nordisk Folkecenter has applied for, and been granted, a project with the title: “Operating technician in renewable energy under Arctic conditions, Ingerlatsinermut issittumi piujuaannartumik nukissiuteqarnermut teknikeri”.
