Batterierne var meget tunge, og de indeholdt kun en br\u00f8kdel af den energi, der er tilg\u00e6ngelig i dag. For ikke at tale om, at ydeevnen er ikke sammenlignelig med de moderne elektriske k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer. Alligevel var den i stand til at opfylde hovedform\u00e5let med en bil: at k\u00f8re sin ejer fra punkt A til punkt B...og ikke mindst g\u00f8re det p\u00e5 en gr\u00f8n m\u00e5de!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Elektrisk mobilitet var, heller ikke dengang, ikke Folkecenterets eneste fokus: Vi arbejdede ogs\u00e5 i Pure Plant Oil-sektoren (PPO) ved at lave unders\u00f8gelser og test af applikationer b\u00e5de til mobilitet og til elproduktion. Fordelene ved den teknologi var det relativt lave kompleksitetsniveau (konventionelle dieselmotorer kunne konverteres til PPO), deres lavere emissioner og deres mulige anvendelse ogs\u00e5 i tungere maskiner, s\u00e5som traktorer og lastbiler. P\u00e5 den anden side producerede teknologien stadig emissioner, og vigtigst af alt ville anvendelse af planteolier i stor skala resultere i konkurrence om areal-anvendelsen. Med dette siger vi ikke, at teknologien ikke er gyldig og mulig, men blot at dens anvendelse skal reserveres til meget specifikke steder og anvendelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Det n\u00e6ste emne vi fokuserede p\u00e5 var brint. Et af vores projekter bestod i at designe et konverteringss\u00e6t til benzinmotorer, s\u00e5 k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer kunne k\u00f8re b\u00e5de p\u00e5 brint og p\u00e5 benzin, alt efter behov. Tanken bag var at begynde at skabe en eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter brinttankstationer (Nordisk Folkecenter har faktisk en), s\u00e5 p\u00e5 det tidspunkt, hvor br\u00e6ndselscellek\u00f8ret\u00f8jer var billige nok, ville infrastrukturen allerede have v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 plads. Desv\u00e6rre m\u00e5tte projektet opgives p\u00e5 grund af et ugunstigt reguleringsmilj\u00f8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">We come than to our days: as you have seen from previous newsletters, we are back to electric mobility. Currently, we own two electric vans: a Streetscooter Work B14, developed for the German Post and a Nissan eNV200. The first has a small battery, and therefore a modest range of 40-60 km, while the second can drive up to 300 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vores erfaringer med elektriske k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">In the last seven years we drove around 37.000 km with the two vans combined. So, what is our experience with these two, more \u201ccommercially minded\u201d vehicles? Positive, even if more could have been done when developing them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Let us explain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Before that, however, a clarification is needed: both the vans were purchased when electric vehicles were still not so popular as today; at the time of buying the eNV200, it was practically the only available option with a decent range that a private could buy, while now many more models are available. That also means that, as early adopters, we encountered issues which today\u2019s buyers will not (or at least, should not) encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.folkecenter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Streetscooter.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5287\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Streetscooter Work B14<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Lad os starte med Streetscooteren (k\u00f8bt i september 2015): projektet kom ud af et universitetsarbejde, s\u00e5 forventningerne m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re s\u00e5 h\u00f8je, som hvis det var en etableret producent. Alligevel ville en lille smule k\u00f8rekomfort have v\u00e6ret v\u00e6rdsat. Varevognen er meget \u201cskrabet\u201d, hvilket ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis er en negativ ting, men prisen taget i betragtning, ville lidt flere (billige) justeringer have forbedret k\u00f8reoplevelsen betragteligt. Til at begynde med en kontakt, der stopper bilen i at \"spise\" str\u00f8m, n\u00e5r den ikke er til str\u00f8m: ja, du forstod det rigtigt! At lade varevognen v\u00e6re afbrudt i lidt mere end en dag resulterer i, at standard 12 V-batteriet er helt afladt: og det har ret meget at sige, da du ikke kan l\u00e5se bilen op med fjernbetjeningen eller i det hele taget starte den - ikke engang oplade den (n\u00e5r bilen l\u00e5ses, l\u00e5ser porten til ladestikket ogs\u00e5). This means that batteries become excessively warm while quick-charging, so the process is stopped for safety reasons (if it would continue, they could explode!). In practical terms, this means that we could not do more than 2-3 quick charges in row, which, considering motorway speeds, means just few hundred km before having to stop (and wait for many hours!) to let it cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Varevognen er luftk\u00f8let (aktivt), hvilket betyder, at batterierne har en luftstr\u00f8m, som holder temperaturen nede; vi tror, \u200b\u200bat problemet med overophedning skyldes, at et st\u00f8rre batteri blev sat ind i en varevogn, som oprindeligt var designet til at rumme et p\u00e5 omkring halvdelen af \u200b\u200bst\u00f8rrelsen. I \u00f8jeblikket er de fleste elbiler v\u00e6skek\u00f8lede, hvilket ser ud til at have reduceret problemet betydeligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">I de fleste tilf\u00e6lde er dette ikke et stort problem, men vi mener, at forhandlere b\u00f8r informere kunderne, n\u00e5r de k\u00f8ber s\u00e5danne k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer. Og i forbindelse hermed var supporten fra producenten ikke rigtig p\u00e5 niveau med vores forventninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.folkecenter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Nissan.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5288\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Vi er for nylig blevet foresl\u00e5et af en Nissan elbils-ejer en alternativ tilgang, som m\u00e5ske kan sikre os l\u00e6ngere ture; vi tester, og lader dig vide, n\u00e5r vi har resultaterne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">En anden udfordring er relateret til de anvendte protokoller: Selvom vi havde det danske ladekort, kunne vi ikke oplade i Tyskland (hos samme operat\u00f8r). Dette er forh\u00e5bentlig et problem fra fortiden, da andre brugere ikke ser ud til at have haft dette problem, men vi har ikke haft mulighed for at pr\u00f8ve det i nyere tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">N\u00e5r det er sagt, fungerer varevognen glimrende til vores daglige brug, og hvis det lykkes os at l\u00f8se problemet med hurtig opladning, kan den blive vores transportmiddel - ogs\u00e5 til l\u00e6ngere rejser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Er r\u00e6kkevidden tilstr\u00e6kkelig?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Short answer: yes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Of course, having more km available would be nice, but that comes at a price (both financially and in terms of weight). The Streetscooter is perfect for day-to-day tasks, which are mostly carried out in Folkecenter and in the close neighborhood. This van is not suitable for longer trips, as the speed is limited to 85 km\/h and no quick charging is available; however, the range available and the relatively short charging time are well suited for in-city delivery (and overnight charging).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Nissanen er mere som en varebil, som vi er vant til - den er i stand til at n\u00e5 motorvejshastigheder og med en anst\u00e6ndig r\u00e6kkevidde; forudsat at der kun foretages \u00e9n hurtigopladning om dagen - og den kan udf\u00f8re sine opgaver uden problemer. Derudover er den forberedt til tovejs opladning (Vehicle to Grid \u2013 V2G), en funktion, som kan v\u00e6re meget relevant i den n\u00e6rmeste fremtid. Et opgraderet k\u00f8lesystem ville dog v\u00e6re en game changer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Og n\u00e5r alt det er sagt, s\u00e5 er det gode tilf\u00f8jelser til garagen, og de som har pr\u00f8vet bilerne, synes de er rigtig gode!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det har vi l\u00e6rt ...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Batterier er stadig en begr\u00e6nsning for elbiler, men teknologien udvikler sig, og mere effektive (og b\u00e6redygtige) l\u00f8sninger udvikles;<\/li><li>Regenerering og forsigtig k\u00f8rsel giver dig mulighed for at forl\u00e6nge din tur betydeligt, hvilket reducerer r\u00e6kkeviddeangsten;<\/li><li>N\u00e5r det er muligt, b\u00f8r langsom opladning bruges, da det har mindre indflydelse p\u00e5 batteriets levetid;<\/li><li>R\u00e6kkevidderne p\u00e5 bilerne er et sk\u00f8n, der ikke tager milj\u00f8faktorer i betragtning, s\u00e5som kulde eller vind (sidstn\u00e6vnte har meget indvirkning i en varebil!). Du er bedre stillet med en \u00f8jeblikkelig forbrugsl\u00e6ser, som kan p\u00e5virke din k\u00f8readf\u00e6rd positivt;<\/li><li>Batterik\u00f8lesystemer er meget vigtige: Baseret p\u00e5 dine k\u00f8rselsbehov skal du muligvis v\u00e6lge en elbil med v\u00e6skek\u00f8ling i stedet for luftk\u00f8ling;<\/li><li>Ved lange rejser er planl\u00e6gning afg\u00f8rende. En hj\u00e6lp til det kan v\u00e6re hjemmesiden \"A Better Routeplanner\" (<a href=\"https:\/\/abetterrouteplanner.com\/\">https:\/\/abetterrouteplanner.com\/<\/a>);<\/li><li>Internationale rejser b\u00f8r planl\u00e6gges lidt mere omhyggeligt for at sikre, at du rent faktisk kan oplade i et fremmed land;<\/li><li>Support fra producenterne er muligvis ikke tilstr\u00e6kkelig (forh\u00e5bentlig er det blevet bedre). Det, vi gjorde, var at tage vores Nissan eNV200 som reference og sammenligne den med de tilsvarende benzin- og diesel-varebil, som havde en gennemsnitlig emission p\u00e5 137 g\/km. Vi ganger tallet med de k\u00f8rte km og...voil\u00e0, resultat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"myText\">Vi brugte samme fremgangsm\u00e5de for Streetscooteren - og det er nok ikke er 100% korrekt, men da m\u00e6rket ikke har noget fossildrevet k\u00f8ret\u00f8j, mente vi, at dette var det t\u00e6tteste, vi kunne komme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sidste bem\u00e6rkning om \"Fri km\" kan du finde i tabellen \u00f8verst i artiklen: Ved deceleration oplader Nissanen batterierne, hvilket giver os mulighed for at k\u00f8re lidt ekstra. Med forsigtig k\u00f8rsel lykkedes det indtil videre at opn\u00e5 13% mere regenerering, hvilket betyder n\u00e6sten 3000 km, som vi ikke har betalt for.
