European Sustainable Energy Seminar (17-19\/8) together with General Meeting (20\/8).<\/strong>
Venue: Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy, Ydby, Thy, Denmark.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This seminar will get together civil society organisations and other actors to discuss:
\u2022 How we speed up the transition<\/strong> away from fossil fuels and move to sustainable energy.
\u2022<\/strong> Highlights of the European Transition, Barriers, and Key Elements<\/strong> of the Transition including:
_ ><\/strong> Policies for Sufficiency as Climate Policies,<\/strong> ><\/strong> Local Energy Communities<\/strong>,
_ ><\/strong> Nuclear Power problems<\/strong> and its derailing of the transition, ><\/strong> Hydrogen Futures<\/strong>, ><\/strong> Biomass and its pollution<\/strong>
\u2022<\/strong> Highlight a new training program Energy Literacy for Youth (ELY)<\/strong>, trying out selected training modules.
\u2022 Guided Tour<\/strong> to see the Nordisk Folkecenter for Vedvarende Energi<\/strong>
\u2022 Study Tour <\/strong>to new, sustainable energy developments in Western Denmark.

The Seminar is organised by INFORSE-Europe and partners of the project: Sufficiency as Climate Action (*) financially supported by Nordic Council of Ministers. The Seminar also presents and tests the training methods of the Energy Literacy for Youth (ELY) Project (**) financially supported by EU Erasmus+ Program.

After the Seminar, INFORSE-Europe has its General Meeting on 20 August 2026,<\/strong> and there is additional study tour possibility (not part of seminar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
